Peter Kiilu's Biography
Peter is the president and founder of Niche Assurance LLC, specializing in supporting executive management to achieve strategic and operational goals. He has over 20 years of professional experience and a unique set of skills in:

• Internal controls design and implementation
• Information security audits
• Cybersecurity and protection of critical information technology infrastructure
• Enterprise systems implementation and project management

Before his career in consulting, Peter served mid to large capitalization corporations in management positions, primarily in the energy, services, and technology sectors. Peter was the Managing Director of Internal Audit for Cornell Companies, a Houston, Texas-based public company (NYSE: CRN). His peers and clients recognize him for his ability to leverage his management skills, background in accounting, in-depth IT skills, and hands-on business experience to develop integrated solutions to solve challenging client problems successfully. He started his accounting career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse, one of the predecessors of PwC.

Peter holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is an accomplished and experienced CPA professional licensed in Texas, California, and Virginia. Peter also holds the following professional certifications:
